This story makes it so evident that even today in an area that I like to think is racially acceptable and justice driven, INJUSTICE occurs. As a resident of The Bay Area, is scares me to think that this could have been my 18 or 23 year old brothers. Some people are attempting to argue that the officer most likely believed he was pulling his taser gun on the victim. Even if the officer truly and honestly believed that he was tasering the young man instead of shooting him point blank, mistakes are paid for everyday and he should be no different. I hope he pays BIG TIME for his "mistake"!!!
