Since Mtv came out in 1981 they have always declined to run political adds on their networks... But because of the rise of importance in the Youth Vote in this upcoming election they have decided to change that policy. The claim that they will be fair and balanced with air time as long as they are coming from major candidates, they still will not work with third party candidates...
